Throughout her career she has worked as a professional freight dispatcher, dispatched for multiple trucking companies, managed freight operations, and owned and operated her own trucking company with multiple trucks on the road. That experience has given her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to find and book freight, communicate with brokers and carriers, negotiate rates, manage drivers, solve problems on the road, and keep day to day trucking operations moving.
